Fishing in mid December at Kiptopeake state park at the concrete ships. used live eel on a fishfinder rig with a 9/0 J-hook a 20ish" 60lb leader and a 3oz barrel sinker. water temp was around 45-48 degrees. drifted the eel about 3-5ft off the bottom.

My buddy Ashley with a 29ish" 7+lb speckled trout. used a black gulp swimming mullet at the hot ditch in the Elizabeth river.

Eastern shore, Va. Bull red drum. fished the shoals and caught it in the breakers. used fishfinder rigs with 9/0 circle hooks a 60lb leader and 4-6oz pyramid sinkers. fresh peeler crab for bait.
